We specialise in computer automated design for custom functional and accommodative foot orthoses. All design is performed by a qualified Podiatrist ensuring best possible outcomes and ease of disscussion when working out what design variables are best applied to individual orthotic considerations.

We are well equipped to use a number of different software systems and can help come up with a solution for previously used plaster casts, foam boxes and slipper socks. The main file requirements are .STL, .OBJ or .DMT, however we are confident we can find you a solution no matter what software you are using - just reach out!

With the installation of iPad scanners and all required software (both PC and Mac compatible), including on the spot training and ongoing troubleshooting and support at any time- you will be provided with a streamlined, mess free foot scanning system, compatible with our manufacturing process at a touch.

(CNC milling) is used for our EVA and Polystone custom orthoses. Boasting extreme efficiency and accuracy, we can ensure turnaround times are met and both Podiatrist and patient expectations are fulfilled.
